Black cohosh: Taking by mouth, painful arthritis, and PMS. Childbirth

Burdock: Burns, staphylococcus infection.

Camphor: Respiratory lungs, itching, pain, helps with irritation.

Cayenne: Topically sore joints and muscles dull nerves. Stops heart attack and bleeding

Comfrey: Repairs tissue, oil, slave, or poultice for injury, cells, and builds bones.

Echinacea: Powder on wounds and tincture for colds and infections.

Elderberry: Bacteria and viral infections. Antibiotic.

Elecampane: Bacterial, viral, and fungal respiratory infection.

Garlic: Bacterial infection.

Ginger: Sore muscle, joint issues, reduced acid.

Honey: Bacterial infection topically.

Hyssop: Respiratory tight chest, and phlegm.

Juniper: Bacterial and viral infections, urinary, respiratory, and kidney infections.

Lavender: Relaxation, pain, bug repellent and sun protection.

Lemon Balm: Viral infections herpes, and respiratory. Brain issues.

Licorice: Viral infections, SARS, West Nile virus, chickenpox, measles, and influenza.

Skullcap: Nerves, Alzheimer’s, depression.

St. John: Nerve Pain. Tuberculosis.

Thyme: Digestion and calming an upset stomach, Antiseptic and expectorate thymol

oil. Bacterial and fungal infections.

Turmeric: The rhizome in food causes muscle, anti-inflammatory, and joint

inflammation. Great for the brain.

Valerian: Pain. Relaxing muscles are great for relieving back and nerve pain.

White Willow Pain: Pain is used like aspirin.

Yarrow: Stop bleeding, colds, flu, and hemorrhage.

Amish Ibuprofen Healing Tradition

2 tablespoons each:

Turmeric

Ginger

Cayenne Pepper

Apple Cider Vinegar

Honey

Make into a paste and mix, place in an airtight container

Take 1 tablespoon and add 1 cup of hot water it may be taken 3 times a day.
